I built a marketplace for the EMSİ community end to end, connecting people looking for services with service providers. The platform has recorded 123 users, 41 service providers and 1,504 searches.

The need
A platform where people can find the right service provider and contact them directly, with provider applications reviewed and approved in a controlled way.
What I solved
I designed and built both the frontend and the backend.
- Smart search: Users can search by service, keyword or provider name. Turkish characters are handled correctly, and provider ratings show up in the results.
- Real-time messaging: Users chat with providers instantly on the site, and connecting from multiple devices works seamlessly.
- Controlled provider approval: Admins approve applications or reject them with a written reason, and applicants are notified by email.
- Security and privacy: Contact details are visible only to signed-in users, with protection against spam and abuse.
Outcome
- The platform is live: 964 unique visitors and 1,630 visits.
- 123 users and 41 service providers have signed up.
- 1,504 searches, 447 profile views and 82 messages across 19 conversations.
