Privacy Notice
A short explanation of what personal data this site processes, why, and how. Prepared under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and in line with the GDPR.

What I collect
You can browse the site without sharing any information; no analytics or advertising trackers are used. When you submit the contact form, the following is stored:
- Your name, email address and, optionally, phone number and company
- The service you are interested in, budget range and your message
- For security: IP address, browser information and the referring page
Why I use it
Only to reply to your request, understand your needs and prepare a proposal. IP and browser information are used to protect the form against spam and abuse. Your data is never sold and is not used for marketing emails or newsletters.
Who receives it
Only the service providers needed to run the site, and only for these purposes:
- Hosting: data is stored on a server in Türkiye
- Cloudflare: domain, security and bot checks (Turnstile)
- Google (Gmail): email correspondence and new-request notifications
How long I keep it
Until your request is closed and for as long as any resulting business relationship continues; after that it is deleted. Where a request becomes a project, related records are kept for the periods required by law.
Cookies
No analytics or advertising cookies. There is one cookie that remembers your language (NEXT_LOCALE) and short-lived Cloudflare security cookies.
Your rights
You can ask whether your data is processed, request access, correction or deletion, and object to processing. Write to contact@cagatayturkan.com; requests are answered within 30 days.
